I took a university python course, learned all the basics of python and have been using them a bit with various projects. I would love to become a software engineer but I have no idea what I should do next. What do I learn next to progress towards becoming a software engineer? I am still pretty young so I have a lot of spare time.
Thanks!
I am trying to create a simple grabbing system, where the player is able to grab like 5 different items (a pistol, a water bottle, a grenade for example) and throw them. I want to be able to throw them all, but make the items have different functionalities(gun shoots, grenade explodes). What would be the best approach to this situation? What i'm thinking so far is physics handles or childing the objects to the player character.
Thanks
I have finished a Unreal Engine basics Udemy course and multiplayer is my number 1 interest. How should I start learning multiplayer? Thanks

Explosion not adding forces to my players rigidbody correctly, my player has a rigidbody and a capsule collider. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
v.redd.it/d6o97ri6h6361My plan is to make a 3D shooter game with animations on the weapons and also on the playermodels. My question is whether it is smarter to first do all the basic mechanics and animations of the game and then look into networking or just look into networking first and try to do all the mechanics and animations to work with networking from the start. Also should I animate in Unity or in Blender? Thanks

Hey, I have been doing some editing, but lately my audio has been basically playing twice and it sounds really bad. The clips I use are working normally, but then when I put them into premiere, the sound is like echoing kind of? Anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?
Do I still go conq into semi-squishy comps or is it better to start using electrocute more often now?
