So i was playing a game a few hours ago when my PC suddenly crashes. While restarting, my GPU's ( RX 5700 XT) fans are going off at 100% without stopping (on a normal start-up, this would last a couple seconds). Also, on my motherboard, the EZ debug led is lit on for VGA. So my question is, what happened to make it do this? and is it fixable?
