So, my fiance and I land in Hong Kong at 10am. Most of what we want to do is closer to the central city, but we also want to see a bit of Lantau island, mybe ride the cable car and visit tai o.
Does it make logical sense for us to just stay in Tung Chung that night and spend the rest of the day visitng the island? Is that enough time? It's an awkward amount of time, and I want to make the most of it.

I am trying to create a character with the 2024 Handbook but it doesn't show up in my sources.
In the marketplace, it says I already own the digital version, however it doesn't show up in my licenses.
My entitlements are synced, so I'm not really sure what to do next. I can't purchase another copy since it says I own it.
So, I keep hearing that YouTube will be doing their age verification rollout on August 14th. I have a video planned to go out that day (I post every 2 weeks).
My last video went out right when they rolled out the swearing update and had the revenue issue, and my views on that video tanked, like from 100k+ to 10k.
Do you think it's advisable to postpone my next video for another week and let the dust settle a bit?
Let me start by saying I rank this book equal with Golden Son. I know people seem to like that one more, and mybe it helps that I read them back to back (both books took me 7 days total), but I loved Morning Star just as much.
I think my favorite scene might have been Sevro (best boyo) and Victra's wedding. Really, their whole story and relationship was great to see, but that was one fleeting moment where everyone was happy and carefree. Darrow watching everyone dance together was just the ultimate "you all deserve this" moment.
BUT, the scene where Sevro hangs himself is right up there. I loved the goblin from early in Red Rising, but he's truly shaped into my favorite character.

I just finished Golden Son, and holy fucking fuck! I'm still feeling from it. Does PB hate us? It seems personal! I could barely sleep last night!!
I didn't expect a red wedding in freaking book 2 but here we are. I guess it's Darrow, Seveo, and Ragnar against the world. Mustang maybe, if she stops pouting.
I actually think this might be good for Darrow. He needs to role with small clashes and go the ant route of rallying every low color to his cause now.
I have some questions about the ending though.
Do you think the Jackal was always planning to sabotage the event? He's working with Aja, so he CLEARLY planned well in advance.
Do you think Rogue was always going to betray Darrow?
I can't stop reading it. Started it yesterday at 10:pm and I'm already more than halfway through it.
Everyone said the first book was good but they got even better after that. I was skepticle because of how much I enjoyed the first book. Oh how wrong I was
Last summer I had a bad run-in with my alopecia. I ended up losing most of my hair and just shaving it. Very fortunately, it started coming back like crazy in October thanks to oral minoxidil. I have now essentially had a full head of hair for about 6 months, but I have a question. Before my hair fell out it was relatively straight and slightly wavy at longer lengths. But since my hair has grown back in, it has been really curly.
I have read this can occur with new hair growth and usually fixes itself, but they never really say how long it will or can take. I was wondering if anyone here had experience with it taking this long or any advice. I'm not trying to be ungrateful, I know I'm
You know, the one where someone hears a noise and goes to investigate it, only to get killed.
The other day I was explaining to my girlfriend (who isn't into horror at all) about the cliche death where someone hears a noise and goes to investigate it. She asked me for an example to show her and for the life of me, I couldn't think of any specific death from a move.
Anybody know one off the top of their head?
I have been trying to get this weapon to do a build with it and it just won't drop. I killed every Knight's Cavalry and even tried the giant in front of the Fringe Tower ( another post said to try there ) and I have nothing to show for it. Is this a glitch I can fix, or will I just never get that weapon?
