Hi!

My girlfriend and I are doing Portugal to Greece. We are about 2,800kms in. We will be crossing the border from France to Italy and will go towards Slovenia.

We are lost at what route to take.

We consider the coastline from Nice to Savona then going North. It seems doable but heard the experience is not great. (Tough traffic?)

Or

Going North from Draguignan (we are here) to Barcelonnette and crossing through Col de Larches/Maddalena Pass. The col seems doable but getting there from the South looks impossible.

If any of you folks did it, I would love some recommendations!

Thanks!

I'm bicycling from Portugal to Greece and one thing that changed for me transitioning to veganism is to be able to discover local culture through food.

How do you discover local / traditional food that are naturally vegan or can be veganized? How do you experience the local food when travelling as vegan?

(of course you can experiment a local culture outside of food, but here I'm specifically curious about for food advices).

Hey,

Lately, I've been meal prepping a lot to gain time during the week but I want to make sure I've get enough different recipes. Where to you get new recipes ideas ?

In this sub? Did you join some kind of meal prep subscriptions, that send you groceries list every week? (I've seen that online)? Another way?

Thank you for sharing your tips 😁
