Doing my first test print using the built-in dragon.
My printhead 4 keeps pulling out, then going back in. It's taking 2-3 attempts every time it swaps. The other 3 heads appear to be doing fine.
Any quick troubleshooting before I message Snapmaker?

Just moving from a Ender 3 bedslinger clone.
I'm getting a set of 0.2mm hot ends to try some smaller detailed prints.
I was going to order the 0.6mm hot ends for faster large printing, but my friend said that newer Core XY printers they weren't worth it over the 0.4mm due to hitting the volumetric melt limit of the heater before you hit the mechanical motion limits.
Are the larger hot ends worth it for printing normal PLA/PETG, or just for specialty materials where you're worried about clogging?
At the beginning right when I started losing weight, I needed a new belt to replace my stretched out one. I found a "cut to length" one at Costco.
Today I cut 3.5" off of it to go from the tightest hole to the loosest one. This is the second time I've cut some out: last time was ~2 inches. To go from the tightest to the middle.
I'd like to go kayak camping, but I don't have someone to shuttle. The river where I want to go is pretty large w/ islands available for camping and has a current flow rate of ~2-3mph.
I've got a roto molded 14' pelican sit-in kayak with a drop skeg. I know it's not the most efficient boat.
Is it reasonable to think I could paddle this upstream 2-3 miles to an island to camp?
I love hanging out in a hammock in the yard in the evenings. I've always struggled getting out of it though because of how low my stand hangs. The weather has gotten nicer so I've been back out and I noticed that I can now just turn, plant my feet, and stand!
I also was buying a new camp chair and wanted one of the really small ones for easy carrying. I've avoided them in the past due to my weight as I've broken a few larger, more heavy duty ones in the past. Found one that had plenty of headroom in the weight rating now, bought it, and I feel comfortable sitting in it! I don't feel like I'm pushing the rating and expecting it to collapse at any moment.
I got my kayak last fall and am itching to get onto the water this spring. I live in the Midwest, so air and water temps are not even close yet, but I'd like to get out if we have some sunny days in the 70's with the water >50°f
My kayak is a fairly stable sit-in rec and I plan on doing flat water and not purposefully rolling.
My challenge is I'm a bigger guy and NRS Grizzly Farmer Johns are expensive, especially since I'm actively losing weight and I hopefully would need to buy a different size next spring.
I was looking at Seaskin's plus size as the prices are much more in my range but they don't have farmer johns, just full wetsuits and "swimming" wetsuits which are short sleeves and l

Looking for a doorway pull up bar. I need the door to close while installed. I'm currently 270# so need one with a good weight limit.
I tried one that was a pressure mounted one but it started to pop the trim around my door. I suppose I could take the trim off, shim the frame for support, then reinstall it but that seems like a lot of work and the trim wouldn't look right.
Back in college I had one that was screw mounted that worked well: it was a telescoping steel tube with metal brackets. I'm having trouble finding a similar one with solid screw mounted and good reviews and a good weight limit.
My 5th grade son is Level 1/ High functioning Autism with an ADHD diagnosis plus anxiety. Great grades at school; tests 90th+ percentile for math and reading.
He has problems getting violent when dysregulated. He knows the rules and knows he's not supposed to hit, tackle, scream at people but in the moment he can't implement the strategies to get himself re-regulated. I think he also has problems recognizing he's getting dysregulated until too far gone.
This has caused him to get violent at school, injure classmates, and get suspended multiple times. He's in sports and almost got kicked out this year due to attacking another player who was overly aggressive in a scrimmage.
We've got him
I think this will work but wanted to get a second opinion.
I've got a Switch Flex 2.5G in my basement acting as my main POE switch, powered by an AC adapter. I'd like to put a switch in my attic to put an Access Point U7 Pro Max on. I've got CAT5e cables run up there and then down to the bedrooms, so the plan is to cut one and crimp ends onto it to connect to the switch, then run a new ethernet cable across the attic to where I want the AP box.
I'm thinking of putting a second Switch Flex 2.5G up there and powering it using the POE from the first Switch Flex 2.5G. If I'm reading the specificati
I've got a Pelican sit-in kayak and I'm trying to make the seat more comfortable for longer paddles. I'm looking for a seat pad to add a little cushion but don't want to break the bank. Most of what I can find posted as advice is based around Sit-on fishing kayaks.
Would something like these gel seats work well? https://www.amazon.com/Tsmertor-Anti-Slip-Waterproof-Paddling-Accessories/dp/B0DBMB4QYH
Anyone have a different suggestion?
