TL;DR Some guys rolling default colors were killing on sight so I sunk them a couple of times.

——-

Tonight my crew was otherwise engaged so I was rolling solo in a sloop. I had just offloaded some booty and was preparing to head out when I saw a ship with default colors sailing into port. I waved (I like pvp but I’m not a fan of gooning rookies in any game even though I only started about a week ago).

So naturally they harpoon my ship and try to sidle in next to it. Heck No.

Maybe once/day the power goes out in two rooms that are on the same circuit, the breaker doesn’t trip and after maybe... a minute or two, the power just comes back on. There is an older receptacle (maybe 10-15 years idk it came with the house) in the bathroom, that I think is just before these rooms on the circuit but that receptacle (and attached light) never seems to lose power so it might be a red herring. Any ideas what I can do to narrow down the problem?

After updating to Big Sur users who have network accounts configured as mobile accounts are unable to log in unless they’re connected to the network.

So User A logs in on network fine. Disconnected his dock. User A gets an invalid password error. Reconnects dock. Leaves password in password field. Hits enter, logs in.

Also problems on the password screen where the keyboard presses just trigger a beep and no character is entered.

Anyone else seeing this? I’m willing to offer Gold for a remedy.

But coworkers with kids? “I have to comb little Timmys hair be back in 20 minutes”. “My kid needs a lift to her friends/school/mall afk”. “Sally needs help in her math class be back in a bit”. And it seems that it’s just universally accepted that people with kids get a free pass for as many breaks they need every day, and the rest of us get to work extra to pick up the slack.

It’s an unfair double standard that penalizes peo
