Are team leads getting the 2% raise or just the bonus? The bonus we are getting is not so great. No one has been able to answer this question, so just curious

It’s always been a battle between grocery and gm. Home office is making it worse by not paying every associate equally. I am not talking team leads. But team associates. Why does ogp get paid more than a consumables associate. If we don’t get the freight out for ogp to pick , but yet we go help in ogp.

I got rather overwhelmed at work today . I am a consumables team lead. Just kept piling notes on . Even getting texts driving to work to come to office. Every member of management seemed to be giving me notes. They didn’t communicate with each other then took the only 2 people I had to ogp. Had a micro mini melt down and told them all I wanted to feed the dogs cheeseburgers. At that time someone walked by from a shelter and said I could come feed the dogs any time I wanted. So yeah I guess God works in mysterious ways I calmed down and get to go feed dogs cheeseburgers
