Good diet inclusions

Advice: Seeking ❓

Breakfast

1 scoop protein powder, 1 scoop meal replacement in cold water: ~225cal

multivitamin, b100, calcium magnesium, probiotic: negligible

lunch

1 or 2 bananas: ~100cal each

homemade granola bar: ~150cal

2 mini cucumbers: ~15cal for both

dinner:

1 can of tuna with siracha or tai chili for flavour: ~200cal

Weekends are my "cheat" days, reasonable but still easily sub 2k cal (I had a box of mac n cheese, 2 cans of tuna and ~750g of salmon today). I started monday at 121kg, and I am currently at 116kg (or my scale is broke). I do stationary bike for 15ish min in the morning, and work is not intense. I get plenty of protein (tuna and breakfast gets me about 60g alone), bu

Need recommendations for a new printer, looking for ease of use, reliable, low ink cost, and decent quality (she started making kids books). Looking to spend under $250 cad ($180 usd). Hoping to keep ink prices low, I saw the ecotank prices but I am not sure about the maintenance on it (my mom isn't very tech savvy (me and my brother just helped her in pinning a site to her bookmarks)).

Cannot add a pic, but I have a floor style capper for beer. Are the bottles supposed to 'stick' to the capper after releasing the handle? Or are they supposed to stay on the base? Same caps, from the same bag, on the same beer bottle brand, from the same case, and some will stick and some will stay. Does it make a difference?

(Not sure if this will help but I will add recipie anyways): coopers lager kit, ~1kg kirkland honey, yarrow, juniper berries, star anise

Looking to bottle my second batch here soon, first batch was decent, but when I added sugar for priming (to the bucket, not to each bottle) it foamed up, and likely lost some fizz.

Is it better to add to each bottle? Or just add to the bucket but do it slower this time? I made the beer using honey for the sugar, so if I add honey to the bucket for priming, would that work better? (Slower release maybe)

Was looking into carbonation drops, but I would end up needing a fair bit just to do my 5 gal batch. Some people have had decent results, but I am hoping

Has anyone tried doing the same thing as bleach painting a shirt, but the other way round? Like taking a white shirt and using fabric dye to paint a design on? Keep trying to search is but what I want doesn't seem to come up. If anyone has tried, how well does it work?

Discussion

What is the strangest honey you guys have bought / used / seen? Be it the country of origin, flavour, plant, etc.

Parents have a canon ts3129 printer, hasn't been communicating lately and might need a replacement. You can only print from it by prepping your print from regular wifi, then switching to the printer as your wifi connection, THEN printing it off. Need one that is user friendly as I am lose my patience with it before it started acting up. Any recommendations? If it is easy on the ink cartridge price as well, that would be appreciated.

Making my second batch of beer soon. First batch was mangrove jacks, it called for either the enhancer or ~1kg of sugar. Tried a coopers kit this time, only thing that I can find on it is the beer enhancer. Is it just 1kg of sugar for this one as well? Or is it a different amount? Not sure if it makes a difference but it is the lager kit.

Need a dishwasher rack or two. I make my own beer and I want a large rack with lots of those standing prongs to drain beer bottles after washing them. Please let me know if you have one or two I could have.

Looking for anyone who does chainmail. I saw a post about someone who made their own chainmail blanket, it was perfect for both a weighted blanked as well as a cooling blanket. Anyone know someone?

Has anyone tried / owned / etc a chainmail blanket. I remember seeing someone somewhere saying it was perfect because it was cooling and weighted. Any recommendations if so? I sleep naked, guessing that may be an issue?

Question for the catholics

Reminder: Show Charity, Be Respectful

I was raised in a protestant home, and went to a catholic school (I don't go to a catholic church, I just consider myself Christian). Whenever there was prayer to a saint or to mother mary, it seemed logically wrong. "Now that we just finished talking about how there is one God and worshipping anything else is idolitry, let us say 10 hail marys".

I understand using saints and such as examples of faith, triumph and such, I understand that Mary was particularly faithful (as well as gave birth to the messiah and all). But I never understood praying to them, unless I spent my 12 years in a catholic school misunderstanding / them not properly clarifying on it.

I feel like it violates the whole
