My raspberries and blueberries have buds and in zone 6b Massachusetts there will be a few nights getting to 26-32. Will this kill the buds? Should I be protecting them?

Will frost/freeze kill raspberry and blueberry buds?

What did this to my golden raspberry plant? It looks like it cut the tallest branches in half and broke them. I’ve seen some wooly aphids around but I don’t see evidence of them right around the breaks. Thoughts? Solutions?

I bought this from a garden center a year ago labeled Ruby’s royalty(royalty purple raspberry). Planted in Massachusetts. I didn’t get any growth last year and this year a big cane broke off with a storm. When I use picture this it says it is a wineberry. Can someone confirm what this is? If it’s wineberry I’d like to remove it and plant something noninvasive (and also call the garden center)
