First let me get this out of the way... I have over 14,000 deliveries and have in fact helped people in this subreddit who did not understand how the rolling 100 works. So I know this is not the issue for me.
After going on a decline spree the last few days that took me from Platinum to bottom dasher, I noticed today that every single offer I have taken has not increased my AR at all.
In fact, to test this theory, I pressed the decline button first on my last offer to see what it said my AR would be if I declined it. If I followed through by declining the offer, my AR would stay the same. So that indicates that the 100th last offer I took I declined. So I accepted and expected the rate to
I originally saved a PDF document to a folder within my documents file system.
I then shared it to my Apple Notes as part of a project that I'm working on. I use Apple Notes to manage my projects.
After sharing the file to Apple Notes, can I delete the original PDF file within the file system of Apple and not lose the PDF file within Apple Notes or are they tied to one another?
Hope that makes sense. And for the record, I did try to find this answer on my own first but all I kept finding was content on how to share documents…not what I was looking for so I posted here.
Just completed a stacked offer and the amount for the deliveries is missing from my running total for the current dash. Contacted support who says there may be a glitch but the earnings are showing on their end.
Has any Platinum driver scheduled in advance, dropped to Silver afterwards and still had their schedule in tact after dropping down tiers?
I feel like the last time I did this my schedule was completely deleted. Getting so sick of this Platinum BS and looking to drop down to Silver just to keep scheduling an option at 3pm but don't want to go 6 days without... That wasn't fun the last time
I was charged my monthly membership ten days early. Before I assume my card info was compromised, I'm curious if it was a Walmart glitch first. At any rate, card is locked until this matter is resolved
DD calls me. It comes through caller ID as potential spam. I don’t answer. Phone rings again. Same caller ID and I don’t answer. Nothing indicates DD Support when they call more times than not. And if it says just DD on caller ID, still not answering. Customers can text and I’ll read & respond when I’m not driving.
Support leaves voicemail message that because I didn’t answer my phone, they’re canceling my order along with the obligatory outro of “Bye for now.”
No big deal if only this were the end of it. Additionally, they also docked my Completion Rate.
I call support about this and of course they have no way to fix it. If they can’t fix it, then that option to cancel with penalty has
If you are working EBT, especially with the hope of raising your AR, you need to know this.
I received & accepted 21 offers today while completing 22 deliveries I screenshot every single offer I accept.
After checking metrics at the end of the day, those dipshits at DD show that I accepted 17 offers & completed 22 deliveries.
The discrepancy is that when on EBT (unlike EBO), add-ons (not stacks) are not counted as an additional accepted offer.
Sure, you'll be penalized in your metrics if you decline the add-on, but in EBT mode, you will not get credit for accepting an additional offer while on a current offer.
Complete BS but not at all surprised when it comes to DD. This could cha
I need help. I have a hard enough time as it is with the app not scanning IDs and that's fine if it weren't for the fact that every time I have to manually input the information for an ID, the date of birth forces me to scroll through years of calendar months just to put in the date of birth & expiration date on their calendars.
For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to just manually input those dates by typing it in or speaking it into the phone like I do for the name and license number.
I must be missing something obvious and if anybody could help me figure that out, I would appreciate it
I'm very new to the spark platform, but one of my immediate observations seems to be that round robins that are not ASAP orders are absolute time sucks. You get the order 20 minutes ahead of time, can't load for another 20 minutes, and then have to wait 10 to 20 minutes for them to come out. So you've already waited anywhere from 30 minutes to 40 minutes before you ever get going. Is that the general consensus amongst the veterans?
Just checked the Google Play Store. New update available. May or may not help, after all, this is DD we're talking about here
