First and foremost, this is just a random thought I had when sleep deprived and had nothing to think about, also I'm the prime example of an armchair historian so please take everything with a grain of salt and my bad is this is a stupid question.

Anyway, I've seen the topic of armor inheritance brought up a few times recently and that got me wondering

"If armor is expensive to the point where people would pass down helmets and maille shirts through multiple generations then would a poorer soldier in 1430~ who has all his equipment made in a style from the 1430s actually be less accurate than a poorer solifer in 1430~ who has a dagger from 1430~, a helmet from 1410~ and a cuirass from

I've know about this game since before it released but only now did I decided to get it and it's a pretty fun game, in my opinion, but one major issue I have is performance

My specs are:

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti

12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12400F

16GB of ram

While I guess it might be considered mid or even low tier nowadays I was surprised that at the lowest settings and with the resolution at 1360 x 768 I wasn't even hitting 30fps. Are my specs just that bad for modern games or did the devs just not optimize it well?

While I do have a general idea of what culture most factions represent I wanted to make sure if I was wrong, which I probably am, and what some other factions are inspired by.

Empire- Byzantine

Vlandia- Normandy

Khuzite- Mongol

Aseria- Mali Empire (?)

Nords- Nordic tribes

Strugia- I don't muck about this one but my best guess is Anglo Saxon

Battanian- Same as with Strugia, my guess is that it's another vaguely nomadic culture turned kingdom

These are just my guesses and some of them are very likely wrong
