I won't be able to do anything with this package for a week, so I thought I'd ask for some insight here. I shipped a broken laptop to Hong Kong. Because the shipping was going to be $300 I removed the battery and got the price down to $70. The clerk helped me with the customs form. Now the package has been returned to me with a red circle over the description "laptop parts".
Any idea what we did wrong?
So none of my games were launching and the rom manager wouldn't launch so I uninstalled Emudeck entirely, but it left all the rom entries in my library. How do I remove them all easily and is there a place to suggest a feature to the devs to remove entries when uninstalling?
Lately I've been putting my deck down after 15 minutes or so because I'm getting pain in my right middle finger where it rubs against the trigger bump. Has anyone with this problem had luck with a rubber cover?

I built the PC a couple weeks ago.
On the mobo, CPU and DRAM lights are solid red. No POST. This happened once before last week when the system crashed to black. It cleared itself up after being left alone for a few hours.
After that it would only do this if I had an external drive connected. To troubleshoot I reseated the RAM and CPU. I noted that the socket pins looked perfect. Now the PC will not PO
No matter what settings I change the game stays at 120fps even though I have it set to 180. This is at ultra and low presets. vsync off.
(I hope I chose the correct flair. I'm using old reddit and there are a few oddities with the layout.)
This was working fine yesterday, but now my sticks, dpad, and ABXY buttons can't be mapped in m64plus fz. They also don't work in the gamepad tester. They still do stuff. Left stick brings up a mouse. Right stick pulls down the notification bar. That sort of thing.
Anyone know how to fix this?

I saw an ad endorsed by Ted Cruz on channel 11 KHOU. I can't find it online, but it's aired multiple times. It claims that Allred voted against deporting illegal immigrants if they assault police. I can't find anything to support this. The closest thing I can find is "H.R.7343 - Detain and Deport Illegal Aliens Who Assault Cops Act" which Allred voted yea on. Can someone help me find the source of Ted Cruz's claim

I saw a reddit post from 4 months ago that said there had been a fix via Proton, but none of the versions fix the issue. Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong?
I'd like it to stop asking every time I open the app. "Watch on TV" was already off when I checked it. Is there another setting that disables this feature?
There's no way to tell which channel or server the video is playing in. The only thing I can do is turn the volume down and wait for it to finish.
I've tried reinstalling and deleting the appdata folder. This started when I stopped playing on my Steam Deck and tried to launch it on my PC. Now it wont load on either device.
