I've worked for my current employer for over 7 years. Currently working in Wales.I was recently taken to a disciplinary hearing and issued a warning. I appealed against it o two counts.

1 at investigation stage the decision of 'no further action' was decided and the was communicated both verbally and noted in the notes. Then subsequently without notification I received an invite to disciplinary meeting & no new information or evidence being presented.

2 the warning is based solely on a report that I can't verify and I've been refused opportunity to view cctv to co-oberate even if they have to grey out other people to protect ID of the other party. Surely I'm entitled to ask for evidence t
