So, since I moved countries with my family (from hungary to austria), I've been having 2 really bad recurring nightmares. The first one is basically, that I have a surgery ubder anesthesia, and when i wake up and look into the mirror, i see, that my body was cut into pieces then stitched together in a wrong way (i kind of look like a big meatball in the mirror), than i wake up after this every time. The second one is not really always the same dream, but it's basically always me getting publicly humiliated in school. And I dont know what can i do about these dreams, or why am i having them. And it has gotten to the point, where im constantly exhausted, and my tiredness even affects my grades

So, as the title said. I've used cachyos for 3 months, than i switched to pop!_os for a month, cause i wanted to try out something new, but then i went back to cachyos for the last two months. During this time I was dual booting with ubuntu studio for making my music (i really went all in). My honest thoughts: It was a good experience. In my opinion not better, than windows 10, but much better than 11. I rarely encountered bugs, and even one time, when my screen frooze on cachyos, a restart fixed it. With pop!_os i had a great time, it was really user friendly, and had a great ui design, but i wanted to go back to kde (i havent encountered any bugs on popos). And on ubuntu studio, my experie

So, as the title says: Whenever I play games (doesnt matter if its in full screen, windowed fullscreen, or windowed mode) it tabs out, and like the dock and sometimes my browser flashes for like a fraction of a second. Its getting really annoying. Another thing, that this mostly happens, when i use a gui, or click with my mouse while moving it, but not always. Here are my specs:
