I realize this place may be mostly American for obvious reasons, but if anyone's been to Japan since the release of the Topps Japan series, any store recommendations to hit up to find some? I'm going to be in Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo and I'm aware of Mint and have a few other shops bookmarked if I happen to be around them. I'd love to pick up some but I don't necessarily have the time to hit up a ton of stores. (also curious about pricing in yen, can't find any info about how much to expect to pay assuming I can find any)

So if anyone's seen the boxes in stock anywhere recently I'd love to be able to grab some, just would like to not have an all day hunt for cards if possible.

The ASUS website is a little bit light on details here, so I'm curious how many people have this and are using it?

My situation is I have a work laptop with its own monitor, keyboard and mouse and I fucking hate it. My desktop is using a 34" Alienware right now, and another monitor on the side.

The ASUS site kinda makes it look like I can split the screen and have half of it on the laptop and half on the desktop, does this work well and/or can I keep the separate discreet screens for desktop and laptop for more usable display space? (it's a TIE Fighter setup currently, two verticals on the sides, ultrawide in the middle).

Going on a trip in a few months, not really sure of the retail situation there. Last time I found some slime magnets but that was about it so I know I wasn't going to the right places.

Also if anyone knows stores that might carry some of any of the TCG cards, ebay's always been a bit expensive but the exchange rate seems pretty great right now and I gotta imagine if I can find them locally and haul them back myself I'd be able to find a good deal? I assume they're retro at this point, so not every TCG store would have them same as you can't find games

Just followed that guide after having an issue booting, unfortunately when I use qfinder to try and set the NAS up again, the browser only goes to a blue page. I can see there's things in the page viewing the source but it doesn't give me a login box or progress of any kind so I'm stuck and can't set anything up. Tried multiple browsers and incognito mode to rule out a weird browser issue but I'm pretty much stuck.

Looking to unload my extra Alpha cards, the only buylist I've found is GameNerdz. (which is quite limited honestly but isn't bad with a 25% store credit bump)

I would like to just be able to complete my Alpha playset, so far all I'm finding is a lot of beta everywhere. I'm not totally against buying beta to finish a playset, but because I don't care about foils I think I have enough that if I could unload my foils I'd have more than enough. Current total is around $1500ish to buy, I think I have more than 1500 worth of foils and dupe unique/elites.

There's a cure! It's not the best cure and it's definitely not permanent but here's what I do to keep my foils mostly flat.

Humidity packets. I've found that putting foils in a mostly airtight container with 62% humidity packets will flatten out even the most curled card. You can then throw it in a perfect fit/inner sleeve (KMC perfect hards work the best for me but most other inner sleeves are tight enough that they'll mostly stop the card from significantly warping).

Observations:

Rare Leaders are not terribly rare. Out of 144 packs, I got 23 rare leaders of the normal type, 5 Hyperspace. I got 16 Hyperspace (plus the other 5) which all only show up in the Leader slot in the pack. The bummer is that there aren't more rare leaders, which means you get a TON of excess leaders in a case. Straight to the garbage with most of them honestly since you don't really need duplicates. The fact that hyperspace leaders look a bit cooler will likely mean all the common leaders are straight garbage as everyone will want at worst a hyperspace, probably. I did get

Haven't played OOTP in a long time, and short of throwing my wallet at the computer and buying the best I can buy, any tips for doing the Perfect Team mode? The game's a little vague on a lot of it, like what exactly is a Draft and how many Tournaments can I enter?

I've got a new board that won't get to the BIOS. The CPU light stays yellow but fans will spin which sort of tells me that I probably got shipped a 1.0 bios and it doesn't have 13th Gen Intel support until it gets an update. CPU is an Intel i7 13700k

The problem is that the q-flash+ doesn't seem to work like everyone says it does. It'll start blinking the q-flash+ light, the USB drive blinks a bit (reading data, seems good) then it'll keep doing the q-flash+ light for a minute or so, not 5 like everyone else says, then boots/reboots the system which does nothing and then shuts down, then repeats. The system stays on with fans spinning for 15 seconds or so, then shuts off and repeats.

Spoilers have completed and the general consensus so far has been a very positive reception, on par or better than the first Double Masters (2XM). That has been coupled with a limited opening supply which has resulted in prices becoming both high and unstable.
