So I really enjoy playing this game, especially with our small little clan. Easily the most (comparatively) balanced FPS ever released.

So we've been playing some games recently with lots of turbochads in Lvl 4 kit, with Lonestar epically losing (nothing weird there) but we've seen plenty of instances where Maticore have been on the cusp of winning and then Lonestar stages an epic comeback to win the game.

Here's the kicker: I noticed in the scoreboard some of the clan in Lonestar that had been in Manti at the start.

Are the sweatlords switching teams at the last minute to see if they can win from a comeback?

Or is this some strategy to increase XP/cash farming?

Have you seen this consp

What am I?

Discussion

Is this a complex one?

M, late forties. Partner, F early fiftes.
She has four children, all 21-28.
We have been together for 13 years.
But we don't live together.
We did.

But kids were young and I didn't understand what parenting meant, or required (sacrifices of time, money and self).
So I moved out and we had a break of a year before we got back together about 6 years ago - her children did not want her to.
I initially got on really well with the kids but now they hardly talk to me.
They don't include me in jokes.
I'm not in the family WhatsApp group - none has ever asked me to be.

We still live apart, together. But we spend good time together.

Do you like crewing with another paramedic?

Clinical Question or Discussion

Do you prefer to work with another paramedic or solo/with a non-clinical colleague?

I work on a ward now. So, I find myself quite junior in the decision-making chain again (and rightly so). There was an animated discussion on the MDT this week which got me thinking back to the truck days.

I found working with another paramedic could sometimes be quite challenging. Convey or not? Treat or not? Discharge or not? Refer or not? How much of X to give? Radio 1 or 3? (3, thanks).

Probably the most important non-clinical pearl I learnt during my truck career was this: crew resource management is an invaluable skill that makes your life so much easier. Knowing when to stand firm and knowing when

Just finished reading SSN by TC. Not one of his better works but was entertaining enough. Just about.

Just wondering: do submarine tenders like the McKee ever existed with that mission set? I can see they do exist in US armoury.

They seem very vulnerable and I'd imagine from my very basic knowledge of submarine warfare, that in a scenario like TC posits, it would be madness for an sub to surface in a combat zone, let alone go anywhere near one to reload?

In before "not today China".

I've picked up Strategic Command American Civil War.

Where should I start with tutorials or gameplay for this? Is it fairly easy to pick up? Any starter tips or hacks?I thought I'd start on this one with the Strategic Command series because there's no air forces to stress about managing!
