The 9pm to 8am stretch would be the most ideal for our schedule. Looking for tips on how to push it to start a bit later than the usual 7pm

We have about a week’s worth now of sleep logged for our 13.5 week old.
Total avg daily sleep is 12 hours
Daytime naps total 4.5 hours
Night time sleep starting around 9pm totals around 7.5 hours
Sounds like based on this she is right on the lower end of “average” sleep needs?
If her sleep needs stay like this, how do we go about shifting some of the daytime naps to be for night time? We currently do daytime naps based on her cues so the actual timing and wake windows are not very consistent. Though as the app states, it all ends up being around 4.5 hours each day so at least that stays consistent? I’d say we avg around 5-6 naps each day.
If we wanted her to eventually have 10 hour
I’m trying to get a feel for what ours should look like, in terms of # of naps and total wake windows between. I’m sure ours will be different but just directionally looking to get an idea.
Wanted to see if anyone had any reccs in the area for a daycare for our 3mo+ for Mondays and Tuesdays per week, if possible. Pricing would be great too if anyone would be comfortable disclosing that. We’re specifically in duluth
We’re at 13 weeks now and I’ve started noticing our LO not finishing or even sometimes taking the bottle at all for night feeds when she’s not swaddled up. As soon as I do swaddle her she’ll continue eating. However, she does take the bottle fairly well during the day, so I’m hopeful it’s not a total habit of something along the lines of bottle aversion. But at this point she’s just hysterically crying if she’s given the bottle at night without the swaddle and I’m just about ready to throw in the towel since I know she’s hungry during those night sessions. I’ve tried to just soothe her asleep again but she wakes up really quickly and is rooting like crazy so I usually need to give in. Is it
It just doesn’t feel sustainable for a whole month. My wife and I try to do shifts but it’s still so brutal even if we each get 5 hours of uninterrupted sleep.
Any tips that has potentially helped your newborn sleep even a little better/longer through this time?
So as of right now, we don’t do anything sleep train related to be honest. We go off her cues during the day and thus have pretty inconsistent daytime naps because she has a lot of short naps. Though I will say they probably total about the same hours which sounds like the important part?
Here’s where we currently are for night though. When she goes down around 9:30pm she sleeps until around 1:30am or even (rarely) 2:30am (4-5hrs). From there, we bottle and she goes back to sleep from around 3am to around 5am (2hrs), and then another bottle and then asleep from 5:30am to around 6:30am (1hr).
So to my understanding the 7-8 hours per night is obviously not sustainable as she gets older, bu
We’re approaching 12 weeks this Sat so mainly looking to mentally prep. For night, she already sleeps a solid 4.5 hours from 9pm to 1:30am (sometimes 5 hours). Then the following two are 3 hours (rarely the third is 2 hours). Wakes up around 7am.
Our days for her are kind of all over the place because of how short her naps can be - and then feeding her on demand. But yeah, over the last few weeks, no matter how different each daytime nap schedule felt, I guess in total she was getting the same amount of naps by the time 9pm rolled around? Since the night time sleeps have been very consistent with the 4.5, 3, 3 for actual sleep.
So my question is, if our daytime schedules can’t be consist
I’m mainly talking about the ones that swerve between lanes with ninjas, etc. And then they go and get in a wreck, and their bikemates are like “rip keep riding in heaven bro” without any regard to the other injured people that the biker caused a pile up with.
I'm in a position now where I'm more or less at the final independent contributor (IC) level of my company's typical role hierarchy. The pay band here is pretty big so I could chill at this last level for a while and rely on yearly raises. However, I've just been handed a pretty unique opportunity, where my current manager may move up to oversee our team as well as other teams as a Senior Manager in a department-wide re-org. And out of the other 6 ICs in the group, she is dropping me hints that I should lead the team since I've proven to be pretty good at supporting others in their projects and being an overall great team player instead of just focusing on my own work.
The pay bump woul
Need ideally simple recipes that will last my wife and I our breakfast for the next 2 weeks, that isn't just cereal or oatmeal.
If so, what PT job do you do? I’m looking to supplement my income ideally on just one of the weekend days, like Saturday, but open to both if it can be like every other weekend.
Just thought I’d ask and connect with others who also have a FT corporate job that made a PT job work for them, and how the experience was. Any leads would be great.
Alternatively, if anyone is in a similar boat as me and has a FT corporate job and would like to find a PT job together, message me lol. Would be cool to find someone to connect with while doing something random on the weekends.
Even if it’s on a subject that I know or are familiar with, I suck at explaining it when someone asks what it is. Worse when it involves recalling a story of what happened, or something similar.
