Hello. I have a Maytag dishwasher (model MDB4949SDZ0) that is malfunctioning. It will drain, fill, and run a cycle completely normally - powder door opens when it should, drains and refills throughout the cycle, water heats up normally - except it seems like the wash pump will not engage (no spray at all).

Put it in diag mode, and it spat out code F6E4 (no other codes present). Looking around, I see common causes are improper leveling and a malfunctioning float. I will come back to this.

I pulled it out, detached the (I'm pretty sure it was the wash) motor, and cleaned out a little bit of gunk that was in the impeller. Reattached it, made sure all connections were secure, and started it b

So the Cards RBs are now:

- Love the shiny new piece

- Conner on a restructured deal

- Allegier on a fresh deal

- Benson with 2 years left

- Knight with a 1 year deal

It seems pretty unlikely they will roll with 5 backs, and they'll probably hang on to Love, Conner, and Allegier. Do they try to dump off Benson and Knight for later round picks?

Are Conner and Benson going to stay the season on IR?

What value is there for the depth here (and anyone else?)

Coming in for advice. Our son is just about 3, and is a pretty energetic little dude. He's sweet, and we love him. Sometimes though, and I know this might sound crazy, he doesn't listen.

We will try to redirect "Please roll the ball instead of throwing it, so the lamp doesn't break", and then if things continue to escalate, we'll do a time out (about 3 minutes), and then discuss what happened, what bad decisions he made, and what good decisions he can make moving forward. If all else fails we'll take away a privelege (no tv time after dinner, etc.).

Tonight he was crazy from the moment we got home all the way through dinner (which he didn't eat), climbing on the table, etc. no redirect

This post was inspired by a pretty heavily downvoted comment about LaFleur being "by far" the worst coach in the division. I don't think that any of the head coaches are far and away better or worse than the others, but it did get me thinking.

So, how would you rank the head coaches in the NFCN? And how far apart do you think they are?

I have to figure out how to navigate telling this story during interviews, I cannot leave this role off of my resume. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I was fired in April. For full context we need to start in December of '23. My counterpart site manager left for another role. Despite my location being the busiest, highest-staffed, and most complex in the territory (multiple fulfillment channels), it was decided that their role would not be backfilled and I would be the only leader on site.

In July I received a new peer, who was recently promoted and trained at another location. They split time between my location and another, and ultimately only ended up being on site roughly 2

Need to let it out somewhere. I got let go from my job 3 months ago. Been trying to find something since, and had no luck. Working on school and certificates to skill up in the meantime, but I'm just watching my emergency fund dry up.

Meanwhile my wife just had her last day of work last week. She gets a severance package, but again, that's not stable income.

Yesterday I came home to a flooded basement. Sump pump failed. Battery backup failed. We got what we could out, and I was able to get the battery replaced so we now have a functional sump. Lowest estimate is $5k-6k. HOI won't cover it because I don't have the right add-on, and I'm terrified of losing coverage if I file a claim anyhow
