In addition to being gluten intolerant, I'm lactose intolerant and vegetarian. I can normally manage these dietary requirements fine. However, a tropical cyclone is hitting my area (New Zealand) in the next few days, and I'm worried it may cause a multi-day power cut.

What are foods that match those dietary requirements, and can be eaten without being cooked (my stove is electric, not gas), and doesn't need to be stored in a fridge or freezer (which again, requires electricity)?

Note that I am merely intolerant to gluten and lactose, not allergic. Traces, and foods that have very low (but nonzero) lactose and gluten I can eat.

As for a name... Matt is fine I guess.

I like reading, video games, some musicals (mostly Andrew Lloyd Webber), tramping (New Zealand english, roughly translates to hiking), camping, coding, and cats.
