So, basically I've replaced the phone's battery with a new one, when I try to turn it on, it doesn't and if connected to the charger it will show a battery icon without percentage and the led blink three times. After that, the phone dies anyway. Strangely enough, it won't boot into recovery either, but fastboot seems to boot.

So, the bigger feature who took me to buy the poco was the huge battery, but like most of all, on the recent versions of miui I'm getting a huge battery drain (from 1 & 1/2 day to 1/2 day - 1 day). Because of this I'm considering the possibility of migrate to a custom ROM, and I was wondering, what is the best about battery usage? I'm considering both changing ROM and kernel, or just one of the two, depending on the benefits
