Hey guys, just FYI there are male only, female only, and family change rooms at most pools in the HRM. I am sick of grown boys in the female only change rooms STARING at me and my daughter when we change in the female only change rooms.

If your kid was like a year old or younger then whatever. But multiple times it’s been boys like 5+ years of age.

USE THE FAMILY CHANGE ROOMS.

Someone I knew died off exit 5A off the 103 on Tuesday morning.

The police report said it happened at “the end” of the “gravel” road against some “boulders.”

I went and looked and it happened at the START of the road right before it became gravel and while there were boulders around there were no boulders at the crash site just a ditch and a muddy embankment.

Several people told me boulders on sharp corners were legally mandated so it wasn’t legal for this corner to be without but someone else told me to back off and let the police do their work.

I know I’m probably being too much I’m so sorry. I just want to hear the legalities of the situation and get other people’s experiences to also

Starting with an older one, 7 years ago a good friend had a baby. When I heard the name I was so jealous I didn’t think of it first and that it was now kind of off the table for me to use on a future kid: Maisie

Hello! Having such a hard time finding someone to install a new dishwasher where there is currently just a cabinet. So need cabinet removed and water hook ups added etc.

Anyone know anyone that would be able to do the job sometime in the next month? Handymen I know are not responding, and the bigger companies say they’re booked until end of summer.

This is a reasonable post. Normally I come to Reddit and agree with the comments for the most part but my god no no NO to this posts’ comments.

40F 5’8” 200lbs, no medications, no current medical issues other than a bit of scalp psoriasis, non smoker, the complaint is about a 1/2” cut on my left thumb at the base by the crease where it bends, about a week ago.

The cut isn’t big but it was deep. The cut itself is healing fine, but I’m worried I cut a muscle/tendon/nerves and it might need medical attention.

I have throbbing constant pain up my arm to my shoulder and through my hand, the worst spot is in the thumb at the top joint.

There are certain actions I cannot physically do as it causes blinding pain, sometimes this “popping” sensation with hot painful tingles through my thumb and hand. The thumb is also half-numb.

Hello fellow parents! My 3yo is the elder, she has a younger sister of 6mo.

When we first tried potty training she peed in the potty twice in one day and we gave her so much fanfare for it. After that, she refuses. Full time daycare through the week makes it hard as she has to wear a training diaper there and the diaper makes her less inclined to use the potty, and they get them to line up and takes too long to get to the potty.

So on the weekends she wears underwear or goes commando in pants. She gets upset when she pees/poops herself, but she still won’t go in the potty. She will sit on it sometimes.

Sitting on the couch bouncing my 3mo when all of a sudden my vision is blinded by a giant hardcover book flying at my face and smashing my eye. My 3yo threw this large heavy book from across the room so hard the corner of it nearly took out my eye. Luckily my eyeball is ok and I don’t think anything is broken but my first ever black eye looks like it’s going to be ridiculous. Thanks daughter I love you. She’s going to play some form of baseball 100%.
