I have a 1999 Mustang GT and managed to damage the AC compressor manifold that bolts to the compressor. I ordered a replacement part and it is not the correct fit. I picked up the compressor and manifold assembly from a junk yard thinking that for sure this manifold would be the correct fit, and it is not correct either. Both the one I ordered and the one from the junk yard are the same shape, so I am fairly sure they are the correct part....

Problem is that the manifold in my Mustang does not match at all, I tried fitting the other manifolds to see if there was any chance and they will not align with any of the AC lines, so they are clearly not the right manifolds for my cars configurat

I have an 07 beetle that needs the headlight bulb replaced by I cannot remove the headlight assembly on the drivers side because the rod that actuates the latch under the assembly is missing.

I've spent a couple hours trying to unlatch the assembly by trying to reach the latch with other methods... is there another part I can remove to get the assembly out? It's a cool mechanism until it is broken.

My son, 7, recently was officially diagnosed as ADHD and prescribed medication to help him focus in school. We have noticed recently that he has much more aggression and general angst / anger on nights when he was medicated in the morning for school.

Is this something that anyone has dealt with? Are there any tips for how to help him calm himself and sort out his feelings?

I have been searching everywhere I can think of to find replacement radio and instrument cluster bezels for my 1999 GT. All I can find are for 2000 and up. There seems to be a real lack of bezel and trim components for the 94 to 99 market.

What are some good sources for 94-99 interior components?

My oldest two boys and I built a new desk for my office over Fathers day weekend. It came out much better than we expected, and we had a blast.

I have a 2007 beetle and just want to cut a new set of keys since it only came with 1 when we bought it used.

I see online that ACE hardware (partnering with Duracell) would cut and program them, but only up to 2005. The key part number is the same, but even when the ACE rep called Duracell he was told that they would not support the 2007 with their key.

Is there a reason for that?

I am a test system designer, not a network engineer, looking for some direction in where to find the appropriate standard.

I am working on a design in a test station that will require passing gigabit Ethernet through a non-standard connector (think similar to a D-sub style of pins).

I know there is a maximum length of untwisted pair allowed in a Ethernet cable run before the signal is significantly degraded to the point it can no longer link at the desired rate if at all.

What I am having trouble with is where to find this specification. I don't necessarily need an answer here to the maximum length, but pointing me in the direction of the appropriate spec or a commercial product spec ref

Does anyone have a good source for intake manifold bolts on the 3.8 v6? I have been searching the web with no luck. Am I just going to have to hit the junk yard?

I am having trouble with Wear OS taking up mobile data... over 500MB in the last two days. Has anyone else seen this and is there a solution? I have background data disabled, is there anywhere else I can disable data usage?
