Can I vent a little please.

Look if a seller sends a FREE giveaway (especially if it’s worth over $100) anything other than 5 stars is completely rude.

I just had my first <5 star rating from a god damn giveaway. Am I unreasonable for being a little upset and blocking the guy? It’s always the same type of accounts, where they are following 1000+ sellers, no profile pic, etc.

Like why should my account metrics be impacted negatively like that? For reference the card I sent even in a PSA 1 grade is worth $161.

This kinda stuff really pisses me off. There is NO way to get a review removed either now.
I also sell on eBay, and at least they will help protect a seller’s metrics and

Basically a new buyer purchased an item then later requested a cancelation. They did not provide any explanation around why they wanted to cancel. I DM them to ask but haven’t heard back.

The kicker is that they also won a very nice giveaway, so I would still be sending them that, but would be refunding their other order. What would you all do in this instance?
