I just went to put a drilling lander next to my Science Center on Minimus and it wasn't there. I tried loading an older save (foolishly without saving my lander) and it was missing then too. I'm completely flabbergasted. I can rebuild, but what's the point if it just disappears like this?

Is this a common problem? Is there any possible fix?

How are y’all getting the fuel for the fleet expedition? I can’t make any, I’ve been searching high and low for a salvaged frigate module so I can buy the recipe but no luck. I can’t turn off purchases (locked for the expedition). Somehow people are getting past this part but I’m clueless here.
