Does a mechanical engineering degree count towards licenses?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking at switching fields from Mechanical HVAC design because I am much happier working with my hands than with a mouse and screens. The trades seem very promising. I'm in my mid twenties and extremely fit.

Does a BS in mechanical engineering count towards the licensing exam requirements in most/all cases? It would be a Godsend to shave 3+ years off of my time as an apprentice if it isn't too good to be true.

Edit: After waiting for the guys in charge of my state licensing to respond for a week, I learned that it counts towards some of my education requirements, but not experience requirements. However, it does count completely towards meeting the requireme

About resting butch face?

Do you guys think that the resting face is a window into how a person's mood is by default? I see resting bitch or bored face way more than a resting asshole or douche face on guys. Seems to line up with how women are almost never happy. I can definitely see a change in my own face in the mirror on better days. Thoughts?

Better high powered scope vs spotting scope?

I will be moving out west in the near future from having lived on the east coast. I am hoping to draw on some of you guys' experience in equipment selection for wider open hunts.

I'm wondering if it would be better for me to buy a good set of binoculars, a good spotting scope, and a good scope with higher than 12x magnification? Or, skip the spotting scope and split the money between getting a great set of binos and a great higher powered scope for checking out animals that are far away? (like 8-34x56 or 6-24x50)

Alternatively simply knowing where my optics money is best spent would be helpful. I already have Vortex diamondback scopes and binos.

[WTS] Upgraded ICS-21 M4A1 Fixed Stock with 5 mags and accessories.

I've gotten out of airsoft lately so I'm looking to give this awesome gun a new home. This is a full metal Olympic arms replica that deconstructs like the real thing. It has been upgraded with a 6.06mm tight bore barrel and an M120 spring. The mags are all metal as well.

The mags and accessories included are: 2x450rd highcaps, 2x130rd midcaps, 1 Vietnam style 190 highcap, speed loader for the midcaps, 1800 NiMh large style battery, battery charger, and original box (only thing damaged).
