I wanted to take a moment to remind all of those that are hunting for the scout kills for Randy's that there are a ton of useful scouts from Y1 that many may have access to but may have not yet tried. While the general consensus seems to be that Jade Rabbit is the hippity hoppity king of the new mode, 150 kinetic scouts from Y1 almost all include different scope options that may benefit in different situations that the JR might struggle in. My personal preference being the Haunted Earth from the long gone Faction Rally that has the IS5 5 circle sight has been a blessing to my kills progression for Randy's and perhaps it can be for you as well.
