I'm an Assistant Manager at a cellphone store. The Rep has been showing up late, taking extra breaks/long breaks for months. I've had several long, non documented, conversations with them to no avail. Last week my boss had a meeting with the team, because he knows it has been going on, over time fraud and told me to tell him if anyone shows up late. Today the rep showed up late and immediately took a 30+ minute break when they are only allowed 15min. I did my job and told my boss to get him put on a step of discipline, only to find out he has been on several steps of discipline and will now be fired.
