Hello! I am considering getting a blu ray external drive to play blu rays on my Mac Laptop because I'm big into blu ray collecting and it'd be super nice to watch them on my Mac. I would really like to avoid pirating because it would stress me out a lot. Is it possible to use this software just to straight-up watch blu rays on my computer, and would that be illegal? Thank you very much for your time.

Hello! I want to get a readable/writable external disc drive because I have some music CDs I want to play and I have some animations I've made recently which I want to burn to disc. When I was looking into getting one, I saw I could get a drive with all these features + blu ray playing, but I'm aware that commerical Blu Rays won't work out the gate on my PC or Mac. Is there a way to watch them legally? I don't really want to rip stuff or any illegal stuff to violate copyright protection, just because I'd get stressed out. I am, however, a big Blu-Ray collector (especially of anime) and would love to be able to watch stuff on my Mac and PC.

So, how can I get this to work? I looked into it an

Hey guys. I’m in CHAPTER 8 of Xeno X rn and there’s a affinity quest from many chapters ago that I haven’t been able to start. In order to do hope springs eternal, I first have to accept the basic mission “marry me” from the blue quest terminal. But I can’t do that. The damned quest won’t show up. I’ve tried to reload the terminal many times, but it still won’t show up, I only get gathering and bounty quests. How can I get this mission to show up?

Hey guys! Xenoblade Genesis looks pretty fire, amiright?

Anyways, onto Xenosaga 2… this game is a slog, I cannot lie. I just Beat ormus stronghold, which was actually pretty fun, but then Xenosaga wiki guide GENUINELY starts talking to me bout sum “15 side quests.” Yo. I am NOT tryna do allat. I gotta be honest, these side quests are some of the worst video game content ever. They are ALL just walking between foundation and second Multia and I couldn’t even stomach a single one of these before turning the game off.

At this point, I’m considering a few options:

  1. Quitting the game, and watching the cutscenes on YT. I really don’t want to do this, because I do want to have beaten every Xe

Ok. Just to preface, I knew what I was getting myself into. I knew that MiA is part horror. I have a hard time with horror, but the worldbuilding is so fascinating to me that I decided to give the show a chance anyways.

I loved S1. Like, a lot a lot. Like it’s one of my all time fav anime’s now. The abyss is the coolest thing ever, the character writing is insane. Bondrewd might be the most terrifying villain ever.

But man, episode 13 fucked with me. I was fine with 10, but the freaky ass device bondrewd made and the whole story with Mitty and stuff was just absolutely horrifying to me. Does the series get darker than this? I LOVE the adventures of Reg, Riko, and Nanachi and part of me als

Man, j might be Done for. I JUST Found out about stat syncing, and so I only am just now tryna do it. All my characters are lv 15 rn, and I jsut got obliterated by that boss. Like I couldn’t even take out one minion. Resources like ether are running low as I grind. I don’t have the accessories to increase skill lv past lv 1. What should I do?

Hey everyone! Right now I am on a mission to play EVERY game in the Xeno franchise. I started with the blade trilogy, and when I played it years back it became my favorite piece of media ever. I just finished Xenogears, and now im onto Xenosaga.

Im like 10-15 hours in, and I must say, I ADORE this game, ESPECIALLY the cutscenes. The music is wonderful and the cinematography and choreography is amazing and brings the whole thing to life. I LOVE the 20+ minute cutscenes that make me just feel like im watching a movie.

However, I hear 2 and 3 don’t do this as much. I know that 2 is the black sheep so im really not expecting a whole lot out of it, but is this really true for 3? Are the cutsce

Alright guys. I’m at the end of disc 2, the one open world segment before the final boss. The Xenosaga wikis Xenogears walkthrough tells me I gotta grind in the desert for dragons for a while right now, and I’ll be honest there is nothing in me that wants to do that. I’m hyped to see the ending, not grind in the desert for roughly 520000 gold.

Right now, I have max gear upgrades from joes shop for fei, citan, and Emeralda. What I am missing are 2 Z-charges so everyone can have one and 6 GS50s. People also aren’t SUPER high leveled—I have tried to fight the desert dragons and did get one shotted. I think fei is lv 70, citan is 65, and Emeralda is 63. I DO have speed shoes for everyone.

Disc 2 is kinda losing me…

:PS1: PlayStation :PS12:

Hey guys! I’m sure I’m about to describe a pretty common experience, but I’d appreciate if you’d please bear with me.

When I first started Xenogears, I wasn’t immediately hooked (I come from the stance of someone who LOVES Xenoblade 2 as my favorite game of all time, has played all the blades, and wanted to return to the series roots). However, I was interested when Fei got kidnapped by Kislev and really started to love it when I reached sky city Shevat. And the game just kept getting better and better till the end of disc 1.

Now, I’m someone who almost always loves story more than gameplay, but disc 2 feels really off to me. It seems more like a summary with weird random gameplay segment

Hey guys. I'm 18 years old, 5'10 and 250 lbs. I've known that I've been overweight my whole life, but I haven't really ever done anything about it. I do run cross country in the fall and track in the spring, but I never lose weight in any of those seasons as I get hungry asf and eat a ton of shit after practice. I don't have a bad social life and I've never been made fun of for my weight, so those were never driving factors for change.

One day, though, about a week ago, I got tired of looking abysmal from neck down (my face is majestic though), and decided to get to work on changing some things. Last week, I went on a run 4 times. I have also been changing my diet.

I finished the Bleach manga about 2 weeks ago. In my experience, manga readers tend to be a little melodramatic when it comes to claiming certain parts of their stories are bad. I heard nothing but bad things about the AoT ending, but I enjoyed it a lot. Manga readers shit talked MHA ending, but I loved it. So when I heard people talk smack about the Bleafh ending, I really didn’t believe them.

I distinctly remember, however, holding the final Bleach volume in my hand before reading it and thinking “how in the hell does Kubo intend to wrap this all up in 10 chapters”. And I read the ending, and the final fight was just fine, and then we get some silly stuff with soul reapers and then a shor

After finishing the Bleach manga, I gotta say that I really wish Kubo leaned more heavily into the whole soul reaper/student double life thing. I absolutely loved it. Not just this, but it had such an early 2000s teenager edge that I cannot get enough of, while also having some super impactful moments. Is there anything in the world like this?

Ever since I finished playing through the Xenoblade games, I loved them so much I tried for years to find media like it. I especially love 2 with its amazing characters, worldbuilding, plot twists, and PEAK emotional moments. So far, here’s what I’ve found that’s come close to how much I love Xenoblade 2.

  1. Gurren Lagann! Simon and Rex’s lofty aspirations make the characters somewhat similar, and in general they act similarly. Viral reminds me of Jin, one of my fav characters of al time. The anime has a rocky start, but it’s shockingly good character writing, fight scenes, soundtrack, story as a whole, and >!ending which is very reminiscent of Xenoblade 2!< make it my favorite anime of all
