What happens if you cast Shadow Demon’s new W on an Ally at the end of False Promise who has taken a lot of damage?
Does it do damage in an area? If it heals does it still do the damage?
Im thinking an oracle can cast false promise on a shadow demon and shadow demon blinks in takes mega damage and uses w on himself to deal lots of damage in an area before dying.
Thank you. At work so can’t test this out :(
This item spawns a neutral unit that attacks the closest thing.
This interaction exists with Trusty shovel but I think the kobold only attacks the guy who spawned him.
This could have several use cases for different heroes:
A core may purchase it to farm the unit and it could provide nice stats.
It could be a strange healing Midas for Lifestealer or Bloodseeker.
You can use the spawned unit offensively if you spawn it in the enemy vicinity.
This idea was conceived because I think Kunkka should be able to spawn a unit to cleave as a viable tactical manoeuvre, or any hero with cleave for that matter.
Matching what educational degrees each hero would have or what personality might match the hero.

Starting off my design with the reaction to the first ability of this hero which is quite complicated but uses the knowledge of Bottle and runes. I would like to see the reactions to this unique ability for a hero.
Q Ability - Magic Water.
This hero uses the knowledge of runes and 'Bottle' with a twist.
Range: 350/600/800/1000. A visual of a water splash is thrown like Morphling's Adaptive Strike.
Cooldown: Low.
Mana: Expensive.
Can be targeted at self, allies, enemies, or the ground, where the enemies receive the negative debuff and the ground produces a puddle of water similar to Slardar's Aghanims.
This ability uses a percent chance similar to Ogre
Essentially the problem with some spells in Dota are super strong and punish very hard. This is because, in many of these cases, they go through BKB.
BKB can be weak in moments where it doesn’t actually help you in the situation or being the item it is: evolving cooldowns, strength stat item build up, expensive, makes you yellow.
Aegis literally gives you two lives automatically without intervention such as mana or using it. Two lives is very strong and back in the day wraith king and this item was the only way to give you two lives. Nowadays, Undying has a talent, pheonix aghs and io with mek and holy locket is pretty much gonna give you two lives.
I was thinking across MOBA gam
Gonna switch it to something more useful
Melee,intelligence hero
Q - instant ranged attack like Phantom Assassin but no projectile, so like Oracle. Has 2 charges.
W - dash to a location and on impact steal base damage in the area for some duration and deal damage for damage stolen.
E passive - hero is ethereal unless broken (break). Can be activated to comeout of ethereal with bonus base damage for some duration. All illusions and units under control receive the same buff.
R - if cc’ed or received any negative debuff. Can be activated to hard dispel, explode in 300 radius and spawn an illusion at the same position.
Aghs - upgrades ultimate to be able to activate when targeted by an ability or any damage.
