Please dont record on your phone. A lot of the time it is ass and not viewable.
On ps4: please press the big grey button called SHARE. You can record up to 15 mins of gameplay and it's easier to view replay clips. To send the clip to your phone, hold the share button and it will give you options to send your phone the clip you want
Xbox: press the share button next to the dpad and it will show you how to clip like ps4 and follow to steps to save your clip and send it to your phone. You can also choose how long to record your gameplay, I don't own an Xbox but I believe it's up to an hour.
PC oh boy: obvious but NVIDA Shadowplay. Please use this. So easy to record gameplay and it's so easy
