I posted yesterday about my new crabs. Two are out and just chilling (names are lock and shock) but the third (names Barrel) is still no where to be seen. No way he could have gotten out. I’m just concerned and trying super hard not to worry too much and trying to ignore the urge to dig him up when he’s burrowed.

I thought maybe he’d come out at night and be chilling with the other two in the morning but he hasn’t. I really want to make sure he’s okay 🙃

How long can they be burrowed for? Or when should I get concerned if I don’t see him with the others and try to find him in the tank?

Parenting choices

ECE professionals only - general discussion

Like no wonder they won’t eat if they’re already full of sugar and carbonation… My center doesn’t allow me to say anything about not giving them soda, I can only say I can’t allow them to drink it in the class after the

Climbing on tables

Challenging Behavior

So I’m at a ratio of 1:6 with my tots being 12m-24m. Most are in the 18-20m range and have gotten really into testing limits (totally fine as it fits their development level!) but lately they have been climbing more on the tables and shelves and standing on chairs. We have a soft climber that used to work to redirect their climbing urge but no longer does the trick, I have no issue redirecting and explaining it’s not safe but lately they have waited till I’m changing diapers and they know my hands are busy and I can’t walk away (maybe a coincidence but it doesn’t feel like it lol).

What are some tips and tricks you use to aid against the behavior?

We talk about feet on the floor, safe an
