I couldn't find a thread about this topic here, hence asking.

Had a discussion with a friend, wanted to hear your views as well. Many people think 5 years is more than enough, others believe a minimum of ten years. While it all comes down to affordability/how we budget/quality of the car... how long do you guys typically like to keep your car, before you sell them?

Question to both brand new/used car owners.

Hi! I’m very excited to have found this community because honestly I didn’t know flashlights could be a hobby. But I’ve been here for a day and it’s amazing how deep this rabbit hole goes lol.

So I came to this sub via someone’s post about cycle lights on r/cycling, which is the topic I’m currently researching. I’m from India and there aren’t a lot of options to choose from and to be honest, I genuinely can’t afford the premium lights from Cateye and Niterider and the battery life on those expensive lights is terrible 🤷🏻‍♂️

But after a lot of hunting, I found a great light for $95 dollars, and I’ve started saving up for it. It’s the Fenix BC21R V2.0, I’m not sure if this is a well known b

Talk about shitty luck. I found a buyer for my old Samsung S3(GTi9300) and I was running CM13 on it with TWRP recovery. So I decided to wipe my phone, and I didn't really read up too much about it, MY BAD though.

I go ahead and hit Factory Reset and now.... all I have is the Galaxy logo, and the teamwin splash screen flashes for a second and then nothing. This goes on in a loop. I can't go into download mode, or access twrp, NOTHING. I've had such a long week and all I wanted to do was sell my goddamn phone so I could buy my new phone, and now I can't do that.

Anyway, I'm here to ask for advice. What should I do? Since I can't even go into download mode, I can't do anything with Odin eith

Hey guys, its me again. I've tried everything possible, even went out and bought an SD card because CWM doesn't let you install a zip file from internal memory/internal storage.

But now, I keep getting a "signature verification failed" error. Each time. I've tried at least 4 different zip files of gapps and nothing works.

Any suggestions? Would appreciate it if you could toss me an upvote so more people see this. Please?

Thanks! I'll update this thread when I find a solution.

I thought about flashing TWRP instead but honestly, I don't wanna go through that stress again(check my last thread here).

Oh man. I think I'll get a Moto X next and just stick with stock :P

EDIT: So the issue w

So I've been sitting on my ass wondering how the fuck to solve this, but I'm pretty sure my phone's bricked.

I installed CM12 for my S3 today. It went well, I used this link:

http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3/development/5-1-x-cyanogenmod-12-1-t3066864

And it looked great! It was smooth and quick and colorful.

Then I decided to install gapps, and for some reason I just couldn't boot into recovery. I tried it a few times and failed, I'd just have the samsung logo and then the cm logo.

I decided to do the most retarded thing ever. I figured why not just use the developer option to boot into recovery mode automatically, since they give you that option.

Bad, bad idea. My phone

Firstly, I'd like to apologize for the minimal information in this post.

A year ago, I was reading through lots of Batman comics that my friend had lent me. I remember this one issue in which Batman is training in the mountains with a master who keeps quoting a Chinese philosopher. I remember that one quote that really hit me hard, but I can't remember the quote at all now. I kinda remember it being Lao Tzu... but searching for that didn't bring up anything on Google.

So I've been at this for a year and I can't sift through hundreds of comics again, to look for it... but I will, if you guys can't help me out.

I really wanna find this guys. What better place to ask, than this sub? Thanks i

Hello, Indian Ents! Been here 4 years and I never thought of looking for an Indian trees appreciation sub.

Anyway, just wanted to make a thread to say hi, and also ask about your music preferences.

I'm thinking of making a weekly ent music thread, I think I will. Before I do that, what kinda music do you listen to? I listen to everything from Floyd to modern electronic, to really obscure stuff that I come across.

What do you guys listen to?
