So i'm a 36 years old man. I just finished my masters recently. I work as a mental health specialist. I'm fairly social, have had several girlfriends, have friends, etc. So I kind of manage socially but with some hiccups. My situation is not super black and white as I do a job that requires a certain amount of social skills. I can manage groups but after a certain amount of time I'll get tired and have trouble focusing on socialising within the group. I can manage smaller groups of 3-4 but more than that is tiring for me, after a while. Then I realise that I become more tense
