I took one 1mg lorazepam Tuesday night, I have a 10 panel urine test on Monday afternoon. Should I be worried?

How long would lorazepam stay in my urine? I took one Wednesday night and have a 10 panel drug test on Monday. Should I be concerned?

I’m having a shit ton of panic attacks and overwhelming anxiety lately. I’m on about 4mg of subs a day. I’m really wanting to get medication for my anxiety preferably a benzo, and possibly adderall for my adhd. Would a dr or psychiatrist prescribe that kind of medication while being on subs? I also don’t have insurance at the moment and was curious if anyone has recommendations for online psychiatrists or doctors that will prescribe anxiety medication. Thank you
