I have just moved to a new home and I have a choice to make. I can either put my shack in the basement (totally dry semi finished not too bad) or the attic (fully finished) does anyone think one has much advantage over the other?

Two cars , one on top of the other, both on fire. I'd say someone died. Very sad :-( be safe New Jersey.
