Pretty much exactly the title. This isn't happening in 3rd person games, but in FPS such as Halo MCC or CS GO, my frames will drop dramatically from time to time exactly when I do something like fire a shot, such as from a sniper or the Deagle. Has anyone had this happen?

Specs -

Ryzen 7 2700x

MSI RTX 2080 Gaming Trio

32 GB RAM

1tb SSD

Note - I am running these games off of an external Hard Drive, could that have something to do with it? It's a USB 3.0 Connection? Just a thought. Any help is welcome and feel free to call me a noob and point out the problem I would just like some help fixing it.

Guys, the way I see it is there is really only one solution to this endless cycle of bullshit that Epic continues to put us all through. You have to actually stop playing the game. We come on Reddit to complain to like minded sweaty TTV'ers but meanwhile we're still buying the Battlepass and running the game for hours each day. Epic doesn't suffer and the cycle continues. Just take a break, play something else, I don't know just don't play Fortnite when it's like this and don't spend money. It's the only way.

Sincerely,

Your fellow sweat.

Me and the boys are definitely not top notch players, but I was having an above average game and made it to endgame with few kills to my name. Once I realized I was in the endgame I was in full adrenaline mode lol. Palms sweating, heart rate through the roof, starting to feel the adrenaline pumping, etc. I knew there were two squads left and when I saw all 3 members of the opposing team alive I knew I was in deep shit, but by some miracle I ending up clutching up and getting the W. The feeling of victory was nice, but it was nothing compared to the boys screaming "BROOOOOO!!!!!! LFG!!!" lol.

Feelsgoodman.

Edit - I just felt like sharing because it made us so excited haha. Che
