Stims make me not notice pain a lot of the time until I notice the injury. I was wondering how good they are for pain that’s present before dosing/chronic pain? Anyone get this effect?

Is this combo safe? Wouldn’t be concerned with other opioids but since methadone is serotonergic could it be dangerous?
