I don't know where to ask this. Every single game I play now has this type of lag.
Years ago I can play heavy game on low-medium with fsr around 40-50fps setting without this lag. I already service my potato but that didn't fix it.
MSI GF63 Thin I5-9300H, GTX1650, 12GB 2400.
