I live in downtown apartment and looking to rent out a hobby/hangout space.

How can I find cheap teardown warehouse or shops in downtown east side?

I don't mind to sign something with very short notice for lease termination. Ideally a place that is about to be demo'ed would work for me. I can GTFO in couple of weeks if owners wants to demo the place

Use case:

- Hobby photo/video space

- Friends can bring drum/guitar, etc so we can jam casually

- Hobby / craft / painting space

Essentially a hangout space where I can throw couple of couches and do some hobbies.

My car is still under warranty so they have taken care of the issue for free. (Yeey!!) but my service advisor told me that repair like this would’ve costed me around 7k if i had no warranty.

This made me think.. how does dealership & corporate relationship actually work in-terms of these repairs?

How does Aston Martin (corporate) pays the dealer for this repair? Does my dealer bill them directly and get paid?

They charge $195/hr for their technicians for someone who walks into the door. Do they bill the same hourly fee to corporate?

I was on very short term (2yr) Jaguar lease and decided to buy out my vehicle.

Price of the car is 50k and dealer is financing me with 5% APR for 3 years. I decided to put 10k down.

I have an ability to put down more but I would prefer to use my cash for investing.

My question is, how can I lower my interest rate even lower? Dealer told me that 5% APR is their best and fixed rate. There is no way to lower it even further.

Can I refinance it with different bank?

I have 200k/year income excellent credit score (800+) I don't have any debts I live in Canada 🇨🇦

It has been over 41 minutes so far without a new block. Did the hash rate drop significantly?

It's my understanding that new blocks should come out in ~10 minutes.

I just used BCH to make an online purchase because it's super cheap to transact with but it's taking forever to get 1 confirmation because miners are not mining any new blocks.
