Alright, got a tough one. Gigabyte Z790 Elite Ax ver 1.1 shows solid amber CPU debug led, will not post.
Paired with 14700k and be quiet! BN513 Pure Power 12 M PSU.
Troubleshooting steps thus far
- attempted multiple Q Flash + bios flashes using different USBs (to include a very old 2.0 or older 16gb stick) flashing non-beta bios for ver 1.x.
- cleared CMOS via battery removal
- bare post attempts (2x 8 pin CPU and 24p mobo connections and cpu fan power only--connections are flush and smooth on both ends of cable)
- Down to using 1 stick of RAM for troubleshooting (G.Skill Ripjaws S5 F5-6000J3040G32GX2-RS5K, which is verified by GIGABYTE for the board) in slot a2, then b1.

Just wanted to see were this year took folks.
What was your favorite? Why?
Least favorite?
How about your whole journey? Mine is below with limited commentary:
27 read, all fantasy (Sunlit Man being more Sci-fi imo)
--------5/5 rating received on Goodreads (7 of 27)-------
The Will of the Many
The Bone Ships/Call of the Bone Ships/The Bone Ships Wake
Engines of Empire/Engines of Chaos (The first novel was a generous 5 star from me, I felt it was probably closer to a 4 but opted to bump up)
Sixteen Ways to Defend a Walled City
*So, if you're sleeping on The Bone Ships, wake up. Best nautically-themed series I've read. It's extremely rare for me to see no deviation on rating i
I'm curious about folks disliking books well loved by aggregation (I'll be using Goodreads to capture mine)
I'm fairly critical of entertainment. I, for instance, would rather often not watch a Marvel movie than watch one.
Sorting my read books by Average Rating I'll create two lists, the first will contain my 3 stars or lower, the second will only contain my 2 stars or lower. Both lists will sort in descending order by average rating. My average book rating is higher than most of my other hobbies at a 3.71 out of 5.0 (Board games, for example, I'm at around a 6.6 average rating on a 1-10 scale)
2 or 3 star list:
- The Trouble with Peace by Joe Abercrombie
Simple post. Look at what reddit did with GME.
I beseech you: Don't buy the 4000 series.
I can afford one, I would like one, I won't buy one. Why? Principle. Come with me Brothers and Sisters.
