I don't understand - any insight/history I'm missing?

What will you be doing with this PC? Be as specific as possible, and include specific games or programs you will be using.

• I am mainly trying to play Total War Warhammer 2 (and eventually 3 when it comes out) with the large or ultra unit scale. It's my understanding this is processor intensive, but I'm an amateur. I don't know whether to prioritize upgrading the processor and heatsink (using stock intel one, thinking of upgrading too) or the video card first, and I'm looking for advice from you fine people. My FPS won't go above 16, regardless of settings on pretty high, or on minimum. This is true offline too. Any ideas? Do I have a defective component? I can usually play other games just fine - I can't figure it out.

I'm working with the following:

B150M Bazooka Plus (msi) motherboard

Intel i5-6402P EDIT Swapped from the one that wasn't working, can now reach BIOS Thank you, uradonkey003

Single 8gb and 16gb DDR4 RAM (tried a couple slots/sticks)

600w power supply

When I try to start it up, the CPU fan and motherboard light briefly, maybe 1/2 second, an LED on the corner of the motherboard labeled 'CPU' lights up (1/2 second), then it shuts off. Sometimes the system will do this twice.

I have tried a brand new CPU, so I'm thinking it's more likely to be the PSU or motherboard. I'm definitely over my head a bit at this point, has anyone had a similar problem? What is the best

Like many, I got my start with the old Dark Vengeance box set and some secondhand stuff, which means I'm short a couple watchers. Anybody know of a good stand-in?

Valkyrie? Stormraven? Stormwolf? Nephilim?

If they cannot deploy from orbit, how do they shuttle aircraft from the interstellar ships? Which crafts can enter/leave the atmosphere? Can you remember excerpts of the craft above (or ones like it) operating in space?

Edit: a quick check of lexicanum shows me thunderhawks can operate in space. Not sure about the others.

My brother and I are from VA, we were reminiscing about an old radio jingle from the 90's for Spotsylvania Mall that our parents have no memory of, does anyone remember it? We came up with:

And thats all we could remember. We were trying to find it online, did we make this up, or was it a real thing? If it does exist, any bright ideas for how to go about finding it? Gotta go the extra mile to win the sib/parent debate, ya know?
