I'm kinda working on an experiment to perhaps 3d print new sections for these pens, but need a donor body to test on. If you even have just a body of a vintage J kicking around in a box, that would suffice (though I'd love to refurbish a potentially working pen, too, if possible).

Technically, I have a J, but it belonged to my grandfather and therefore has sentimental value and I don't know to experiment on that particular pen.

Thanks in advance.

Anybody out there know what the impedance on the front drivers?

Just a bit of background: I had installed Helix drivers powered off a Match M5DSP in my outgoing 2014 WRX and it was pretty glorious. Picked up a Mazda 3 hatch because the WRX was long in the tooth. The Mazda came with a Bloze system, which is just awful. I could maybe live with it if things that are typically in the midbass and high region were better (especially vocals, snares and cymbals).

So, what I'm thinking is that maybe I can replace some of the drivers and see how that goes before I debate more intrusive electrical surgery (like a DSP or DSP/amp).

To that end, I was trying to figure out the impedance of some of thes

I have an Ender 3v2 and a Comgrow Robo 3018 CNC I'm looking to get rid of. The Ender is functional. The Robo, I started upgrading to a bigger spindle with a solid aluminum carriage, but I got wrapped up in other projects and need to get rid of these. Mostly, it just needs some creative way to install the end-stop switches, since I already assembled everything else. I'll include whatever parts and spares I have on hand for both of these.

Ideally, I'd like these to go to a tinkerer and student who can do something with them. I'm near the FIU area, so FIU students would be all the better. I'm not looking for payment, just somebody that would like to put these to good use. Let me know if you're

I found myself in Doral and kinda wanting a sandwich and stumbled on this place. It's sort of "elevated" takes on sandwiches in a story-book theme. Had the El Dorado (mahi sandwich), which came with "Cuban roots": basically, house-made mariquitas, but amped up with yuca and malanga. Service was quick and everything was pretty good. They apparently also do brunch specials if you're into that sort of thing. Anyway, if you're in the area, they're worth checking out.

So, my suspension is feeling kinda crappy. It crashes over even the most minor of bumps in a way that makes a chiropractor smile. It's bad. Like, jarringly bad. Feels like it's hitting the bump stops. In truth, it's pretty much been that way for the entire life of the vehicle. Something about this suspension...kinda sucks, but it has gotten worse.

So, I went down a rabbit hole and found that there are very few options for this car and even fewer that meet my needs:

  • I'd like it to be smoother than it is now so that I can at least go over a 2-inch wide pothole without feeling like my spleen detached.
  • I don't want to lower the car much if at all
  • I don't want to spend a fortune. I've had
