I am designed a radio receiver with has logarithmic output log(input signal voltage), is there any way to undo this an extract undistorted sound?

I need a circuit that can produce output close to 10^(input), does such a design exist or are there any resources for designing one? (I have done some googling, and failed to find anything)

UPDATE: It looks like this can be done with an op amp, is there a way to do this without one?
