I like reading the thought traces in Pi with GLM. I got used to reading 5.2's traces, and its way of speaking. Now I just switched to 5.3 on High thinking... and some of these thought traces are wild. Way different than I've seen in 5.2. All caps. Emojis. Curse words, haha. This is nuts:

 WAIT!!!! UpdateCrewTask(cpSys) → cpSys.SetCrewTask(iWagonId, ifcObjective.GoalPosition, ...) — GoalPosition → CurrentTarget — 6_5 still UnderConstruction → returns 6_5 — NO WAIT. THAT'S STILL NO ADVANCE.

Hmm hold on, hold on. What if the completion order is: Building.Update runs BETWEEN MissionCrew.Update's PollAdvance and... NO. MonoBehaviours' Update calls are sequential, never interleaved

Been experimenting with TDD for the first time, with the help of GLM + ClaudeCode. Mostly come from a game dev coding background, so vibe coding a mix of TDD + WebDev has been a steep steep learning curve for me.

I have had some successes and some failures… and so I am wondering if I should even bother with the TDD approach at all, and just let AI Jesus take the wheel.

Seen so many failure modes… AI writing its own tests to pass… writing stubs and mocks that pass even without existing implementation code. When I made tests read only, I saw an agent spin into hallucinations that caused it to delete and corrupt its Linux install… luckily in a sandbox + source control, so nothing was lost! B

It started a week ago. I saw all the hype for vibe coding. Decided to hop on the band wagon. Got a cheap GLM 4.7 yearly sub and downloaded ClaudeCode and started trying to vibe.

But the vibe was weak. The vibe was shaky! I can’t vibe like this! I can’t vibe without knowing how all this AI magic fits together!

The more I looked into configs, security, customization, mcp servers… the more I started vibing. But I wasn’t vibe coding! I was vibe dev-ops’ing! I was vibe devsec’ing! When does it end? I started vibe coding to make cool apps, but all I’ve done is vibe a bunch of intricate docker setups and config files 😂 Somehow, it’s still fun though. Anyone else in the same boat?

I’m new to Upwork, can someone explain something for me?

I see all the time, new projects in my feed that look AI written for an app or job I think I can do.

So I check the client’s past reviews and other open jobs , and it’s all over the place. React web dev, logo design, SEO for Android page, 3D model assets for restaurants…

Just no through-line between their jobs.

Is there some kind of “drop shipping” equivalent going on? Where Client A gets a job on Fiverr for 10 bucks, then finds a Freelancer B for 5 bucks, and keeps the profit?

90% of matches have people who are disconnected at the hero select screen in QP. And during the ban phase in Comp.

Many players are receiving automated bans up to 24 hours or even several days.

The support forums are flooded with complaints, one thread with over 100 replies. But blizzard hasn’t responded to this issue for over 5 days now.

Is there a fix coming or what? Are other regions experiencing this issue?

Maura is my main, but wanted to pick up Winston for some verticality.

Feels like cheating, compared to Mauga. I jump on back line, bubble, zap, and either kill or leap out. No sleep dart worries. No nade worries. No DVA matrix. No more praying that my DPS take an off angle AWAY from the front line. And if I get in trouble, use ult to gain all my health back.

Contrast with Mauga, and I am watching and waiting on every cooldown. Calculating push timing to draw attention away from my flanking DPS. Conserving armor to prevent over burdening my supports. Praying I only capture on enemy in my cage fight because I will fall over if it's more than 2.

Winston is cheat mode.

Noob question here. I played through Blood Bowl 3 a few times in the single player campaign. I have fun with it. But I'm never sure what I am supposed to do after I beat the leagues vs AI.

I don't really want to restart my whole team... I kind of I want some meta progression to further level up my players... but for they get too strong, the AI just gets face rolled so... yeah... having trouble on how I am supposed to play this game the "proper" way. Any advice?

Not necessarily strong or meta. But at least one time during that match you make Survivors say "oh shit, he's got XYZ!"

It's not a good build, but I like to run Mad Grit, Agitation, Iron Grasp and Awakened Awareness. I pretend like I'm not going to make it to a hook... and bait the survivors into taking a hit... and another... and another... until it finally sinks in that I will not be dropping the survivor any time soon.

Came across this poll in my feed today:

https://www.youtube.com/post/UgkxK3nQsF70pFWlgC0inr_1x7qeu55QsLwI

At 50 votes so far, Scout Crate drop chances look something like:

Special (Teal) part: 80%

Epic (Purple) part: 15%

Legendary part: 5%

Compare this with the "chance bar" display in the Parameters section of the Scout Crate, and it gives the impression that every part is equal chance to drop. Seems like a scam, or at the very least, very shady, shameful, and disappointing practices by Targem.

Maybe the poll is skewed though. What did you guys get from the Scout Crate? Do you think its worth the market price?
