Hey, I really love lacrosse and i’m interested in playing college but I didn’t start until my sophomore year. Before that I danced competitively. I’m athletic not insane or anything. I’m decent at lacrosse my only issue is confidence, I seriously lack it. I’m currently a junior in high school, a week into the season. I want to play at penn state but i’m not on a club team or anything. I’m singing up for clinics this summer to hopefully get better. How can I improve to go d1 at penn state or d1 in general? The whole thing diet, workout, private lessons if that’s what it takes, supplements, everything.

I have played on my schools team but I only started taking it seriously my sophomore year, I now during my junior year have been playing on a winter league, I also played in a tournament in the fall. However, like 2-3 games into winter league I got a concussion, I was just recently cleared. I work hard and recently i’ve been thinking about the chances of going d1 and how I wish I started earlier so I could. I was wondering if it’s worth it to try, to play club this summer into t
