Olá, alguém sabe onde comprar Chartreuse no Porto? Seja em um bar ou em uma loja.

Hi everyone,
Curious if there are any books, essays, articles, etc., that are specifically about Bach’s time working for Prince Leopold. I’ve only read Christoph Wolff’s book (and loved it), so maybe this is simply a matter of needing to read more full biographies. I particularly love Bach’s compositions from this era, and I’m interested too in Leopold’s relationship to Bach and to music in general. Not sure where to look next so I figured I’d ask the experts :) Thanks in advance!
When The Dude responds to the limo driver’s joke, I always assumed it was just his way of saying “I hear ya man, life is hard sometimes,” but is it possible that Duder does, in fact, have a rash?
There are themes that repeat across multiple Miyazaki games, and I’m curious what yours are. For me, it’s the hidden goals of churches/religions; what they purport to represent vs. what their ulterior motives are, and how the ruling classes perpetuated these myths. This would be the Way of White in Souls, Healing Church/Choir/Orphanage in BB, etc.
IIRC Miyazaki has chuckled in interviews at having gained a reputation for distrusting religion, but frankly I see it as canon at this point! The games are deeply cynical about religion, or if not, at least take great care to tell stories about how evil or ultimately empty the structures of these fictional faiths are.
Would love to hear other
Hi everyone,
I’m at a bit of a crossroads professionally and have a few questions for any Diploma holders if they’re willing and able to chime in. For context, I have my level 3 with distinction and have one year of retail shop experience in NYC. I somewhat enjoyed it, but the shop was poorly managed and the job paid only $17/hr.
-
What types of jobs are Diploma holders usually seeking, and what kind of salaries do those more important jobs command?
-
Do you think the time and cost of Diploma is worth it for the job opportunities that might open up as a result?
-
Are there any resources in/around NYC to find out more?
Thanks in advance…I’m extremely passionate about wine but

Hey everyone, a buddy and I both have MFAs in Acting from top-tier schools in NYC and we want to make our own on-camera work.
In my first semester of acting school I had a teacher who ran us through what she called acting etudes…stuff like: bring in a poem you love, and choose your favorite line or image from it. Then, in front of the whole class, she’d guide each student through 20-30 minutes of exploration of just that image…vocal, physical, emotional…whatever. It was wild how much interesting stuff you’d find in just a few words.
Does anyone have any suggestions for similar technical work we could do with our iPhones, lav mics, a gimbal, and audition lights? We’ve written a few scen

Recently I’ve gotten particularly interested in stories that have very dark endings. Here’s a list of examples that I have already seen, and love:
-The Descent
-Chinatown
-The Thing
-Every season of Twin Peaks
-The Vanishing
-Funny Games
-Alienation trilogy by Antonioni
Any other suggestions? Can be in the collection or not. Thanks in advance!
Hi everyone!
I’m organizing an afternoon hang out with some friends…none of us are particularly knowledgeable about wine, and none of us have much money, but all of us are adventurous and curious to learn more.
The goal is to sample the major varietals from the four sections of the valley. To that end, I’ve picked up:
-
Muscadet Sevre et Maine, Dom des Cognettes, 2018
-
Saumur Blanc “Argile”, Ch. du Hureau 2019
-
Vouvray Clos de Bourg, Dom. Huet 2018 (this is our splurge, I’m so excited to taste it)
-
Pouilly Fume, Ch. Favray 2019
-
Chinon Dom. de L’R’ 2020
-
Chinon Les Picasses Olga Raffault 2004 (half bottle)
Any advice about which order to go about tasting them? My inst
