Contract says "IF COMPANY DETERMINES THAT A PACKAGE UNIT OR THE CONDENSER OF A CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING OR HEAT PUMP SPLIT SYSTEM MUST BE REPLACED, COMPANY WILL REPLACE THE UNIT WITH A UNIT THAT MEETS CURRENT FEDERAL, STATE OR LOCAL GOVERNMENT EFFICIENCY STANDARDS"
