I’m fairly new to this scene and I started in June and have already had three short arrangements.

The first one was super nice and generous, but it only lasted one month because he wanted a relationship, which I’m not interested in.

The second one was only two meets with PPM because of the distance.

The third one lasted only one meet because he was just travelling to my city.

I’m a student currently living in Brussels and will be moving to Leuven soon. My commune is in Forest, but my residence permit is still in process. Right now, I only have my Annexe 15.

I would like to change my address to Leuven, but I’m not sure if I can do that while my residence permit application is still ongoing.

Has anyone been in a similar situation?

Can I update my address now, or do I need to wait until my residence permit is finalized?
