Jesus Christ I try to have compassion but I have none left for these people
I walk to work, I've tried multiple different routes but each time I'm just hounded by homeless people harassing me.
It's one thing to ask for money, I get that. But when you're drugged out yelling slurs at me, spitting on me (happened twice now), and making me on edge walking by I just want you to stay the hell away from me
It was bad before too because I have long hair that hide my headphones so they try talking to me and then get PISSED when I don't respond. Ive had to stop listening to music on my walk just so I can tell when someone is approaching me
Today after work I just wanted to buy some groceries in p
So I currently pay $550 a month towards my student loans, with about 6 years remaining. Federal interest is 0% and provincial is about 6-7%
I have $18000 in debt apart from that that's consolidated into $14000 personal loan at 10.5% interest rate, and $4000 on a line of credit at 12% interest
I have the option of lowering my student loan payment to $315 a month and take 11 years instead of 6. Would it be smart to switch to this longer payment term then throw the extra $235 at my other debt instead?
Taking 11 more years to pay off my student loans kinda sucks but that payment has always been a "set and forget" kinda thing since it's over such a long term while the personal loan debt reall
I went into P3 Portable FemC with some hesitations since I heard it wasn't the ideal way to experience the game and that the FemC route will make The Answer awkward to play
But for me it felt like the perfect way to play Persona. I previously finished Persona 5 and liked it but got burnt out on running around the city for the social links. I briefly tried Reload and put it down because it felt similar. Eventually I decided to try P3P.
Clicking around the VN format just felt like the ideal, snappy way to experience the social sim side. Especially because it was pretty easy to clearly see what you could interact with. Even though it didn't have the animated cutscenes it was nice to have the
So I know this is all pretty last minute but I'm thinking of becoming an independent student for the January semester
But the thing I don't qualify for Quebec residency until January 1st (moved here at the start of the year)
Would I have enough time to enroll and pay for a course under the Quebec tuition rate or should I wait until the Summer or Fall semester to enroll so there is enough time to process it and I don't get stuck with Out of Province fees?
So I have a Computer Science degree from a different university. I'm living in Montreal now and am wanting to do a Master's degree.
The problem is I know I lack the course work + higher level math courses to get into the Masters program. At the time of my degree I was just focused on getting out and didn't really plan ahead. I didn't do an undergrad thesis either.
So I know for me to get into a CS Master's I would need to improve my education. So who would I speak to to get advice on my situation? Undergrad advisor? Graduate advisor?
Does anyone have any experience with this that they can share? I'm applying for the program but I'm a bit concerned about this interview since I have no idea what to expect
