Do you ever randomly get the urge for novelty even when your marriage is going really well?

Every few months, I seem to go through a hoe phase where I suddenly feel this strong urge to “fuck someone new” or experience the novelty of being desired by someone new.

For me it isn’t connected to anything being wrong in my marriage. Speaking for myself, I’m happy with my partner, I’m very attracted to them, our relationship is good, and there isn’t some obvious emotional or physical need that isn’t being met.
And yet, every once in a while, that itch for novelty comes back.
